Most of the people said they plan on spending at least $1,000 on gifts for friends and family. The highest answer started at $1,500, and that came from a man with adult offspring and 13 grandchildren. After giving their answers, mostly everyone acknowledged that they’ll wind up spending more than what they anticipate due to inflation.
