Doug Emhoff, the husband of Vice President Kamala Harris, is accused of slapping an ex-girlfriend and paying another woman off with $80,000 in hush money. These allegations destroy Emhoff’s “nice guy” image. Much of the mainstream media tout him as a man who “redefines masculinity” with the “perfect husband” and “nice guy” image. This is what he carries with him during campaign stops for his wife, all while attacking Trump and Trump supporters as women-hating misogynists.
During a ritzy gala in 2012, Doug Emhoff reportedly got upset with his then-girlfriend. She was supposedly “flirting” with someone else at the function, and Emhoff went into a rage. The allegation is that Emhoff slapped the woman so hard that she spun around in a 360 motion. The hush money was allegedly paid to his former nanny. She had reportedly been impregnated by Emhoff and then forced to terminate the pregnancy. Donald Trump was convicted on 34 counts in New York for the “hush money” payments to Stormy Daniels. The nanny situation also happened in New York, but no such criminal action was brought against Emhoff, unlike Trump.
