The alleged Minnesota assassin Vance Luther Boelter has finally been captured after an extensive manhunt. Boelter was promptly charged with second degree murder of Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark. The charges are confusing because they denote a lack of premeditation, which contradicts evidence of a manifesto and hit-list found in his vehicle. He was captured in rural Sibley County, near Green Isle, Minnesota. Green Isle is also where he owned another property, which is a sprawling estate sitting on what appears to be acres of land. This is in stark contrast to the small, somewhat rundown home that he apparently shared with a male roommate who works at Papa John’s.
