South Carolina GOP House Rep Nancy Mace got into a spirited conversation with a reporter on the steps of the Capitol. Mace introduced a bill to ban women from using men’s restrooms and men from using women’s restrooms on Capitol Hill. Such a bill is supported by a large percentage of the U.S. population, even among the LGBTQ crowd who are non-extremists. Mainstream media and left-wing politicos see such a bill as hateful toward not just the LGBTQ community, but also to one specific person. The first transgender House Rep, Sarah McBride of Delaware, was the catalyst for the bill. Although Mace’s motion is not necessarily meant to prevent McBride from using a certain bathroom, it will accomplish that goal and nip the creep of LGBTQ extremism from impacting Capitol Hill.
