New York Times Exposes The Reason A Black Hawk Helicopter Crashed Into A Passenger Jet At DC’s Regan Airport

The New York Times has written a lengthy expose on why a black hawk helicopter and a passenger jet crashed near Washington D.C.’s Reagan Airport in January. Initial reports attempted to blame cuts to FAA having an affect on Air Traffic Control, which was found to be outright false. Audio from ATC was released soon after the incident, indicating that this was pilot error due to requests from the tower being ignored. Now, the pilot of the black hawk helicopter has been revealed and so has the true reason for the crash.
