Wyoming US District Court Judge Alan Johnson dismissed a lawsuit against Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority over a transgender member. The lawsuit was brought by six members of the sorority who said that the transgender person, Artemis Langford, made them feel uncomfortable and had sexually harassed them. Langford was permitted to have residency in the sorority house, although biological men normally do not have this privilege. The judge stated that the court would not define what a “woman” is, as the bylaws of Kappa Kappa Gamma did not clearly make that distinction, either.
