CBS has released a statement calling former President Donald Trump a liar over his assertion of a recent Kamala Harris interview. CBS’s “60 Minutes” ultimately released two versions of the same answer from a Kamala Harris interview. One version went to a show called “Face The Nation” while the other went to the full “60 Minutes” time slot. Trump says this shows CBS conspiring to help Kamala during her rough campaign.
60 Minutes says that the version they aired was cut down for time. CBS gave Trump all of the blame for the controversy over the different responses. In reality, the interview went viral online without Trump’s influence. People worldwide saw CBS release two versions of the same answer. The first answer sounded like a total mess of word salad. The second answer wasn’t much better, but certainly better than the first.
