A Georgia mother of four was arrested for child endangerment after her 10-year-old son was spotted walking outside by himself. The woman took one of the younger children to the doctor while the 10, almost 11-year-old stayed at home. At some point while the mother was gone, the boy decides to walk less than a mile to the Dollar General. As a result, the mother was visited by police and placed in handcuffs. Reactions are surprisingly split down the middle on social media when it comes to the fault of the mother. Some say that leaving the boy alone was inexcusable while others say it is normal and more children should be given independence so they become well-adjusted adults in the future.
