American citizens residing in Alabama have been worried about the influx of Haitian migrants for months, if not years. They have expressed their frustration in various ways, including at City Council meetings. In a now-viral city council meeting, residents asked where all the migrants were from and if their work visas were valid. One of the council members ended the public discussion and told all of the people to leave. The stunned crowd still had questions to ask, such as who was going to teach the children of all these Haitian migrants who don’t speak any English. This video was uploaded on September 6th, before the September 10th debate, when the Haitian migrant issue became national news.
