Colorado Suburbs Seek To Sue Over Denver’s Influx 42,000 Migrants

Colorado suburbs seek to sue the state over the influx of 42,000 migrants to Denver since December 2022. The lawsuit is headed up by the suburb of Castle Rock, south of Denver. Other counties, cities, and towns have joined the lawsuit. These places include Douglas, El Paso, Elbert, Garfield, Mesa, and Rio Blanco counties. Parker and Aurora may take similar action. This news comes on the heels of Aurora making international news due to the presence of the Venezuelan gang “Tren De Aragua” in low-income apartments.
