Conservative Influencers Battle Over Andrew Tate

Andrew Tate, a highly controversial “pro-male’ online figure, is at the center of controversy involving conservative influencers. He has appeared on quite a few podcasts lately, speaking to the likes of Patrick Bet-David and The Hodge Twins. Reactions to these interviews have been interesting, to say the least.

There is a large group of people on and off of social media who say that Andrew Tate is a danger to young boys and to society as a whole due to his past and current views on women. Tate rose to popularity in male-centered online circles by way of his past as someone who recruited women to produce adult content. His rise to wealth, along with his brother Tristian, is an issue among religious and moral people. There are also allegations of sex trafficking and a very high-profile case that he just beat in Romania.

There are others, however, who think that Andrew Tate is a person who is necessary in a society that hates men. LGBTQ propaganda has become epidemic to the point where as high as 40% of Gen-Z identify as LGBTQ. This percentage is much higher than the typical 3 to 5%, which is actually a relatively high number. Boys and young men alike view his message as something that they can relate to on an innate level, much different than the obviously anti-male rhetoric they receive on a daily basis in every corner of society.
