The Trump Administration may deport Tren De Aragua (TDA) gang members under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act. This comes after a ruling from a Federal Judge from Pennsylvania. There are some caveats to this ruling, however. The first thing is that this applies to the judge’s district in Pennsylvania. Also, the judge says the Trump Administration must give potential deportees 21 days notice instead of the 12 to 24 hour notice that they were giving them before. There is also mention of the “due process” catchphrase that has been used quite a bit by mainstream media.
