President Joe Biden has agreed to debate President Donald Trump on June 27 and September 10. This news comes after Biden announced that he will not participate in the traditional three debates between incumbents and challengers organized by the Commission on Presidential Debates. Instead, there will be two debates organized by mainstream media outlets, with the first one on CNN. The second debate location and network have yet to be announced. Biden made the announcement with a video on social media saying he hears Trump is free on Wednesdays, a reference to his NYC criminal trial that recesses on Wednesday.
