Kris Krohn has gone viral on social media for exposing the reason why he pulled his kids out of public school. He also outlined his idea of the perfect type of person to become a teacher. There is a ton of controversy behind everything he said in this video and the criticism comes from multiple directions. Some people think that he was being mean to overweight and/or obese people from the short video opening line. Other people say that his “ideal” teacher recipe was too unrealistic and ignores other factors in public K-12 education. Ultimately, the video is a good foundation upon which to build a greater conversation that is necessary for today’s day and age… and that is to come up with a solution to glaring problems with education in the United States.
