Comedian Rickey Smiley and megachurch pastor Jamal Bryant discussed various issues on Bryant’s podcast, including Vice President Kamala Harris. Both men have been very vocal in their support for Kamala. Rickey Smiley has been one of her biggest champions by way of his morning radio show. Jamal Bryant even spoke about attending the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. The conversation during this podcast centered around shaming people for refusing to vote for Kamala without much added regarding why someone should vote for her. They did not appear too concerned with policy. Everything was about feelings and “representation” that a “black woman” could bring.
