San Francisco BART City Workers Awarded Millions Over COVID Mandate

Six Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) workers were awarded over $1 million each over the COVID-19 vaccine mandate. This small group successfully argued their stance on religious exemption. They stated that BART did not properly accommodate their exemption, resulting in them losing their jobs. Hundreds of other people tried and failed to get the vaccination mandate exemption. Many of those who were forced into vaccination developed injuries afterward.
