Vice President Kamala Harris’s Fox News interview was, by every metric, a complete and utter disaster. The interview clocked in at about 25 minutes, apparently much shorter than the host, Bret Baier, originally wanted. Kamala arrived late, and her team pressured her to leave a little early. Every question that Baier asked Kamala was met with an argument instead of a direct answer. Kamala also “wore down the clock” by elongating her answers with unnecessary, non-additive language. It was word salad on steroids.
The current media blitz that Kamala Harris is on is perplexing. Her team went from trying and failing to hide her a la the Joe Biden basement strategy. They quickly did a u-turn on that strategy and have thrown her to the proverbial wolves of mainstream media and television. The tour is not going well. As a matter of fact, every time Kamala speaks, she tanks in polling. Fallout from Kamala’s Fox News interview may be worse than the fallout from her debate with President Trump.
