Texas Democratic House Rep Sheila Jackson Lee was allegedly recorded on audio berating an unknown staffer. The recording is a little over one minute long and paints the well-known Democrat in a terrible light. She used pretty much every curse word in the book while on an angry, agitated tirade over a task that was apparently not done properly. Newsweek says that they were not able to independently verify the recording. That same publication also said that the recording fits the pattern of behavior that Sheila Jackson-Lee is known for. She fired a staffer in 2019 for suing the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation over an alleged sexual assault that took place in 2015.
