A drunk driver crashed into President Joe Biden’s motorcade in Wilmington, Delaware as the President stood nearby, looking on in shock. Biden and his wife, Jill, had just left a dinner with his re-election team. Jill was already seated in the armored SUV as Joe was on his way to the vehicle when the crash happened. Secret Service and/or police quickly hurried the President into the SUV. Other security on the scene drew their weapons on the person who crashed. The driver has been identified as 46-year-old James Cooper of Wilmington. His silver sedan smashed into an SUV that was blocking an intersection. After the crash, the person attempted to go forward through the blocked-off area. The driver was not deemed as a threat to the President and only received local charges for driving improperly and for drinking while driving.
