Vice President Kamala Harris appeared disheveled and possibly drunk in her first appearance since losing the Presidential Election to President Trump. The nearly 10-minute video clip from what looks like a hotel room was full of rambling and awkward facial expressions. The clip has gone viral with speculations about her physical conditioning. Some say that she looks drunk, other say she looks heavily medicated, and others say she is simply goofy by nature and behaving normally. The video was a message for Tim Walz and all of the campaign staffers who helped her in the 100+ days of her run.
