Vice President Kamala Harris recently interviewed with Justin Carter for The Shade Room. They covered a handful of topics in the 23-minute talk. One of the issues they covered was Barack Obama’s attempt at shaming black men into voting for Kamala. Justin also asked her about her plans for black people, specifically black men, on more than one occasion. Kamala didn’t have much for a response. Her reaction was to divert to attacking President Donald Trump. She even launched into the “I grew up middle class” line that she has been universally criticized for. One thing Kamala did not do is echo the sentiments of Barack Obama when it comes to black men somehow owing her their vote. She said she has to earn their vote just like everyone else. The problem is that she is such a bad candidate that the establishment felt the need to bring out an Obama and Magic Johnson to force the issue onto unsure voters.
