Meghan McCain cast severe doubt on a story Kamala Harris told about her father, John McCain. During a campaign stop, Kamala told a story about her introduction to John McCain as a young Senator. It sounded like something straight out of a made-for-TV movie, including McCain allegedly calling her “kid” and having this friendly grandpa vibe. Meghan McCain recently appeared on a podcast and poured cold water over the story, saying it does not sound like him.
Meghan McCain continued to say that her father said something about Kamala at a dinner table that would make her story sound ridiculous. However, she declined to mention the specific thing he said. Meghan has also taken offense to leftists attempting to rebrand her father as one of them when he was not. McCain had one of the most conservative voting records any Senator ever had. Conservatives are shying away from him, and liberals are embracing him because he is viewed as a globalist.
