The wife of NFL star quarterback Patrick Mahomes, Brittany Mahomes, was subject to heavy criticism on “The View.” Sunny Hostin was upset with Brittany for “liking” one of President Donald Trump’s Instagram posts. The incident in question took place in late August. She has since “unliked” the photo, something that panelists on The View acknowledged. Her initial “offense” was all it took for Sunny Hostin to launch into a tirade over her comments. Hostin brought race into the issue of Trump’s Instagram post by stating that she should know better because she has mixed children and that Trump is a racist. The View has built a brand of being anti-Trump on every show. Any celebrity or guest on their show who does not think like them is subject to getting the same Trump treatment.
