A scary-looking crossing guard at a Philadelphia-area middle school has been charged with various crimes involving illicit substances. The person also worked at a local recreation center and was known to parents. 26-year-old Kiara lee is accused of giving marijuana and vape pens to middle school students. She allegedly texted a 14-year-old girl about her experience with the substances. The video of her arrest and mugshot have both gone viral due to her strange and diminutive appearance.
