Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has dropped out of the 2024 Presidential race after a poor performance at the Iowa Caucus. After conceding that he had no path to victory in the GOP primary, DeSantis endorsed President Trump. Trump defeated DeSantis, Nikki Haley, and Vivek Ramaswamy by a record-breaking 30-point margin. Nikki Haley, however, is still in the race. She hopes for a great performance at the New Hampshire Primary, where she is polling way above DeSantis but still below Donald Trump. Haley conceded that she may come in second place at New Hampshire. Ultimately, Donald Trump has the election secured, and DeSantis recognized this.
