Second Trump Assassination Attempt Stopped At Trump International Golf Course

There has been yet another attempt on President Donald Trump’s life, this time at the Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. Secret Service agents are typically 1 to 2 holes ahead of Trump on the course. At least one agent spotted a man in the bushes poking a rifle through the chain-link fence. Agents opened fire on the man to stop the threat. He was able to escape in a vehicle. 58-year-old Ryan Routh was eventually apprehended 40 miles north of the golf course.

Routh has a lengthy criminal rap sheet, including the possession of a weapon of mass destruction in 2002. The would-be shooter is from North Carolina but has lived in Hawaii since 2018, building sheds for FEMA with his son. He lived with a long-term girlfriend. Routh’s Hawaiian neighbors say he is a nice, quiet guy who helps out with carpentry projects. There is obviously another side to Routh. He traveled to Ukraine to fight in that war against the Russians. He attempted to recruit others to join in the fight as well.
