Southern California Arson Suspect Is Here Illegally

Bill Melugin of Fox News reports that an arson suspect in Southern California is here illegally. Melugin cites trusted sources within ICE (Immigrations and Customs Enforcement). The suspect was captured on crystal clear security footage affixed to someone’s home. Multiple neighbors noticed the man with a blowtorch in his hand attempting to set fires around the neighborhood. The area in question is near the Kenneth Fire. People came out of their homes and approached the man to apprehend him until the police arrived. Melugin’s sources state that the man’s name is Juan Manuel Sierra-Leyva and that he is here illegally from Mexico. These sources say that they plan on placing a detainer on the man but there is no expectation that it will be honored due to California’s “Sanctuary State” policy of refusing to cooperate with ICE.
