And, of course, “& Juliet” is full of LGBT themes, including the highlighting of gender non-confirming and non-binary characters. The overall theme of the play ties in with Brown-Jackson’s politics, as she recently advocated for gender-affirming medication for minors during SCOTUS arguments.
