Supreme Court Strikes Down Private Business Vaccine Mandate

The United States Supreme Court has blocked the vax mandate for private businesses with more than one hundred employees. OSHA was the agency initially tapped to enforce the mandate. An opinion from the court states that the Federal Government should not use OSHA in an attempt to backdoor Congress who have not been able to enact mandate legislation. On the flipside, SCOTUS upheld the vax mandate for healthcare workers. The reason for the latter is because health facilities receive federal funding (Medicare/Medicaid). Overall, this “split” decision is definitely a victory for freedom in the United States.
