Tiffany Henyard’s Former Dolton Police Chief Hit With Federal Charges

Embattled Dolton, Illinois, Mayor Tiffany Henyard’s former Deputy Police Chief, Lewis Lacey, has been hit with federal charges. Lacey, who was the acting Chief of Police at one point, was fired after he was charged with lying about his income in a case of bankruptcy fraud. This comes on the heels of former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s investigation into how badly the town of Dolton has been looted by Henyard and her acolytes. Lacey stated that he only has $5,000 per month income. However, the Lightfoot Report found that he brought in $96,000 of overtime pay in just one year. This behavior appears to be a pattern with Lacey, as he has filed for bankruptcy nine times since 1984.
