Transgender offender James Tubbs, also known as Hannah Tubbs, was recorded on jailhouse audio bragging to his father about his light sentence. The now 26-year-old transgender offender was not trans back in 2014 at the time of the incident in question. Just days before his 18th birthday, James Tubbs hid inside of a Los Angeles Denny’s women’s restroom. He then waited for a ten-year-old girl to exit her stall. Tubbs then sexually assaulted the girl and only stopped the assault when someone discovered what was happening and scared him off. The attack took years to solve. Tubbs was not arrested for the act until five years later in 2019 when he was arrested for a separate crime. DNA evidence taken from the scene matched a sample they took upon his arrest.
Shortly after being arrested for the assault of the girl at Denny’s, Tubbs began to identify as transgender. He never identified as anything other than a man named James throughout his life as a career criminal. Tubbs has a very long record that includes several arrests and convictions for violent felonies. The only reason why his criminal career was allowed to flourish is because of the ridiculous policies in California. One ridiculous policy on display here is that of Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascon. He refuses to prosecute anyone under the age of 18 as an adult. As a result, the 26-year-old “transgender” convicted sex offender is slated to only do two years. And that time will be done in the girl’s section of a juvenile facility.
