President Joe Biden did not meet his current Border Patrol chief until last Thursday. Two men have been in that position since Biden started his administration in 2021. The previous Border Patrol chief, Raul Ortiz, sat down with 60 Minutes and expressed his grievances with Biden and Texas Governor Greg Abbot. Ortiz stated that Abbott does things to gain the attention of news cameras that sometimes conflict with Border Patrol. The former Border Patrol chief also noted that the Biden administration doesn’t do much. He never talked to the President or Vice President during his tenure. This lack of interaction with the Border Patrol gives validity to conservative voices who say the President wants migrants to flood the country with
