All Charges Dropped Against Chicago Mother And Son In Restaurant Shooting

All charges against the mother and son duo charged in the South Side Chicago restaurant shooting have been dropped. The mother, 34-year-old Carlishia Hood, and her 14-year-old son were initially charged with the death of a 32-year-old man named Jeremy Brown. Hood and Brown were arguing inside the restaurant for an unspecified reason. A video shows the argument escalate when Brown punched Hood in the face at least once or twice. The 14-year-old son then shoots Brown once and continues to shoot him as he attempted to flee. Hood allegedly instructed her son to not only continue shooting Brown after the threat was over but also to shoot a witness for an unspecified reason.
