An unnamed trans person accused a gynecologist of discrimination due to their refusal to perform medical service on them. This is an odd thing to accuse someone of when the practice of gynecology is wholly dependent on biological status, not gender identity. It is not quite clear what type of equipment the trans person in the now-viral video has going on, but what is clear is that it is not that of a biological, XX woman.
