Another Boeing whistleblower, 45-year-old Joshua Dean, has died under mysterious circumstances. He was a former quality auditor at Spirit Aerostystems and went public with claims that Boeing’s leadership ignored defects in the Boeing 737 MAX. Dean contracted Influenza B, which eventually became MRSA and pneumonia. Within two weeks, he was dead. Dean reportedly had an active lifestyle and was healthy before his rapid descent. This comes less than two months after 62-year-old John Barnett allegedly died by a self-inflicted gunshot wound on the eve of furthering his testimony against the aviation giant.
There is no evidence that these deaths are nefarious, but many people are asking questions. Since Dean and Barnett’s passing, at least 10 more whistleblowers have come forward against Boeing.
