Candace Owens announced via social media that she has filed a lawsuit against the fact checkers working with Facebook. In her video released to Twitter, she claims the fact checkers are “activists” and that she has hired two lawyers as part of her litigation team.
According to the November 5 post, the BLEXIT co-founder and conservative firebrand has also filed a lawsuit against USA TODAY and a former CNN editor who she says are “official fact checkers.” Owens says she also plans to pursue PolitiFact.

In the post, Owens directs followers to FactCheckZuck.com and on it is the following statement:
“Our freedoms are being stripped away. The overlords of Big Tech are determining what Americans can and cannot say, share, like, and post. Support our legal efforts today as we fight back against Facebook’s fact-checkers, confronting those who are suppressing free speech, thought, and expression across our great country.“
Owens has experienced extensive censorship on both Facebook and Twitter with several of her recent posts about the 2020 election being flagged with the statement: “Some or all of the content shared in this Tweet is disputed and might be misleading about an election or other civic process.”
In her video, she says America is turning into a “Marxist, communist, socialist country,” and that we’ve never had an election to last several days.

She urged followers to share the post and spread the word before it is removed. It’s almost as if this isn’t the land where freedom of speech reigns supreme. Perhaps they’ve fact checked the Constitution, too?
