An Uber driver in Chicago was shot at by his passenger’s “ex-boyfriend” immediately after picking her up. The driver says he knew something was wrong when he picked the woman up in the dangerous West Garfield Park neighborhood. The woman told the driver, “Go, go, go,” when she got in the rear passenger’s side of the vehicle. Her “ex-boyfriend” shot at the car as he chased behind on foot. Luckily, the shooter missed all of his shots, and nobody inside the car was hurt, and the vehicle was not hit. The driver did not report the incident to Uber, although the police were alerted. He uploaded dashcam footage of the shooting to social media, where it went viral.
