The controversial Mayor of Dolton, Illinois, is also the supervisor of nearby Thornton Township in the South Chicago Suburbs. She faced allegations of misusing town funds for lavish trips nationwide and an absurd, unnecessary security detail. The latest allegation against her involves a crime that may have occurred at a Dolton trustee’s hands. The trustee allegedly assaulted a woman during a trip to Las Vegas. Henyard reportedly tried to cover it up because the report could damage her reputation.
