Haitian migrants are reportedly fleeing Springfield, Ohio, in droves after President Donald Trump’s election victory. They supposedly fear Trump’s mass deportation plan and are trying to get out ahead of his Presidency. Springfield is a small city of about 60,000 people and up to 20,000 Haitians were dumped on them in a very short period of time. Employers praise the migrants for their hard word, dedication, and lack of drug problems. And, of course, the migrants accept very low pay that many Americans refuse to accept. However, for every benefit the migrants bring to productivity, there are several more societal problems they create. Americans all over the country have had enough of this dynamic and that is part of the reason President Trump has been reelected.
