Atlanta-area County Commissioner (Clayton County) Felecia Franklin was caught on camera passed out and drunk in front of a bar. The Commissioner alleges that someone may have drugged her drink which is why police found her on a bench outside of the club somewhat conscious. However, after she was loaded into the ambulance, she became aggressive and violent. She cursed and swung at the EMTs attempting to treat her. This does not appear to be the behavior of someone who was “drugged” at a bar. It is also not appropriate behavior for someone of her political importance and status.
