The “4B Movement” exploded onto American social media just after the reelection of President Donald Trump. The movement originated in South Korea as a way for women to protest society. “4B” is in reference to the movement specifically protesting four different things that all start with “B” in the Korean language. These things, translated to English, include relationships, sex, dating, and marriage. South Korea (perhaps coincidentally, perhaps not) has a birth rate of about 0.7, the lowest in the world. Women in America have been adopting the movement online as a way to protest against men who voted for Donald Trump due to their opinion of his Presidency as anti-woman.
