Utah Doctor Charged With Distributing Up To 2,000 Fake Vaccine Cards

A Utah doctor (plastic surgeon) has been charged with a crime after distributing up to 2,000 fake vaccine cards from his practice. The doctor, 58-year-old Dr. Michael J. Kirk Moore, allegedly ran a scheme to defraud the Government. The plan that Moore, and at least three of his staff members, executed was very simple. People would come into the office and pay $50 to get fake vaccine cards. Children would get saline shots instead of the vaccine just so they would think they were vaccinated although they were not. None of this was done without consent according to available records. Pro-vaccine people are in an uproar over this story. On the flip side, anti-vaccine or pro-vaccine-choice people are praising Moore as a hero.
