An Elementary school in Oklahoma City has hired a drag queen with a troubling past. Shane Murnan aka “Shantel Mandalay” is currently the principal at John Glenn Elementary School. Murnan had a run-in with the law back in the early 2000s when he was accused of having inappropriate pictures of children. The case was ultimately dismissed allegedly due to the inability to prove that the subjects of the pictures were under the age of 18.
This particular school district has already had an issue with child abuse. Parents at Kingfisher and Ringling schools say that the football staff abused their children. State Superintendent Ryan Walters has urged Western Heights School District to “immediately” terminate Shane Murnan.
