Caitlyn Jenner, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, released a campaign ad for their campaign to become California Governor. The Olympic gold medalist posted the ad online and it has gotten wildly mixed reviews. Cailtyn’s conservative values turn off LGBTQ members and allies because that community is normally very liberal. Staunch conservatives either scoff at the ad because of Jenner’s lifestyle or they welcome it with open arms because Caitlyn has the ability to win. Although the reactions seem divisive, this may just represent outliers. The space in the middle may be broad enough to make way for a Caitlyn Jenner victory.
