Gates also labeled private schools as “fascist.” She has appeared on television interviews and in written newspaper articles reiterating the fact that she is an advocate for public schools both in public and at home.
Chicago Teachers Union has been very vocal in opposition to school choice. NBC Chicago did not release the name of the school or her son’s name. However, a social media post was confirmed that alleges her son attends a private Catholic school.
