In more pandemic pandemonium, Dr. Anthony Fauci foresees the possibility that Americans will need to wear masks well into the year 2022. Dr. Fauci claims that even being vaccinated is no license to return to a “normal life.”

“So there are things, even if you’re vaccinated, that you’re not going to be able to do in society: for example, indoor dining, theaters, places where people congregate. That’s because of the safety of society. You, yourself, what you can do when you are together with another person, we are looking at that, and we’re going to try and find out very quickly what recommendations could be made about what people can do.”
Many people are scratching their heads, asking the exact same question: “What reason is there for the vaccine? Is it possible that people were misled to believe that the vaccine offered protection from COVID? At this point, it seems as if we are simply going through the motions.
If one person is vaccinated, then why can’t that person interact with someone who isn’t? And if the vaccine offers adequate protection (because that’s the only logical reason to take it), then why isn’t it safe to go to the grocery store or a ball game? Finally, if masking up and social distancing are still required, then are those measures just as effective as getting the “jab.” Why sign up for the shot at all?
Meghan McCain shared her sentiments, calling for the top health adviser to be fired. The daughter of the Late John McCain says she’s upset for not having received the vaccine yet, and that Dr. Fauci has yet to fully explain whether her receiving vaccine means she can “have dinner” with her family.
Dr. Fauci has yet to announce any recommendations for how we should interact with others. Meanwhile, schools nationwide are needing to reopen as children — who will be last in line for vaccines anyway — are suffering from lack of socialization and worsening grades. Overall morale is worsening. A solid answer needs to come soon or any chance for compliance will be lost.
