Republican Colorado House Rep Lauren Boebert was kicked out of a Beetlejuice Musical over inappropriate behavior. Several videos surrounding the incident have hit the internet and gone viral. The first video to surface was of Boebert and an unknown male companion being escorted out of the theater. She was alleged to have said, while exiting, “do you know who I am” and “I will contact the mayor!” Shortly after the video of her leaving surfaced, a couple more videos of her and her companion from inside the theater were released.
Lauren Boebert was accused of vaping, recording the performance, singing loudly, and causing a disturbance in general. She initially denied vaping, but then a video of her vaping inside the theater came out. The video showed the theater mostly empty and lit up so it was most likely during the seating phase of the show before it started. Another video shows her male companion massaging her breasts while she rubbed his crotch area. The theater was packed and several small children were around.
Boebert has since apologized for her behavior at the theater. She cited stress from her current divorce as part of the reason why she may have behaved this way. Lauren Boebert is currently separated from her husband of nearly 20 years. They have four children together.
