The Department of Justice wants to imprison the woman who pleaded guilty to stealing Ashley Biden’s diary and selling it to Project Veritas for $40,000. The initial recommended punishment was six months of home confinement and three years of supervised release. The new recommendation is 4 to 10 months in prison for taking the diary and attempting to engage in interstate commerce. Initially, the diary was cast away as misinformation intended to disrupt the 2020 Presidential Election, just like her brother Hunter’s laptop.
