Trump Assassination Attempt: Inside Job Or Tremendous Ball Drop

There was an assassination attempt against President Donald Trump at his rally near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, on Saturday, July 13, 2024. Trump was shot on his ear and bruised badly when tackled by Secret Service to shield him from any further gunshots. The (former) President is physically fine, by the grace of God. The shooter, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, was neutralized immediately after he fired at Trump. However, the Secret Service should have adequately secured the location where Crooks was stationed. He climbed a ladder to the makeshift sniper’s perch on the roof of a business just 150 years away from the President, uninterrupted. This area was rural, with no tall buildings. The company’s roof was an obvious place to secure, but it wasn’t. This could be seen as an inside job or pure incompetence. Either way, this was an inexcusable event on American soil.
