CDC Says Prior COVID Infection Provides More Protection Than The Vaccine

The CDC has released a study that says prior infection of the virus offers more protection than the vaccine. This study was conducted during the Delta outbreak and refers specifically to that particular strain of the virus. Of course, mainstream media outlets spin this and say that if a person has the vaccine and prior virus infection then that is better than prior infection while being unvaxxed. This is a hard sell to people who were initially told that if they were vaxxed then they would not get the virus. Media types downplay that part by saying the narrative was always about reducing symptoms. However, important people like President Joe Biden have repeated the “you will not get the virus” line over and over again in public.
